 2026 Road Closure Announcements!

Roads that are closed ALSO do NOT allow for parking cars. Any cars parked on the street will be towed, so PLEASE move your cars to either other roads or driveways.

What: Closure of Hale & Wright intersection (construction) and E. Main (July 4th activities).

When: July 4th, 3:00 AM – Noon

Detour Route:

  • Butterfield

  • San Pedro

  • Spring Ave

  • DeWitt Ave

Homes & Businesses along Parade Route!

  • Safety First: NO cars allowed in or out during street closure. We recommend parking outside the impacted area.

  • Towing Policy: Per city security policies, ALL cars and trailers must be off the street. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Please move vehicles to driveways or adjoining streets prior to the closure.

    July 3 - Street Closes at Noon (12 PM)

    Monterey between Main and Dunne is shut down. This will not open until July 4th at 3pm.

    July 4 - The following streets CLOSE starting at 3 AM

    Parade route and staging will be shut down. These will all re-open July 4th roughly 12:30pm (once PD determines the street is safe):

    -Main between McLaughlin and Peak

    -Peak from Main and Dunne

    -Dunne from Peak to Depot/Church intersection

    -West Central from Monterey Rd to Park Way

    -Keystone Ave from Monterey to Del Monte Ave

    -Del Monte from Keystone to Monterey

    -Hencken Oaks Ln (Parking is ok here for cars)

    -Extending the Monterey closure from Wright to Myrtle

    July 4 - The following streets close from 6am-11:30pm

    For safety reasons the following streets will be closed around the Sports Complex where the fireworks will be shot from:

    -Murphy between San Pedro and Barrett is closed from 6am until 11:30pm

    -San Pedro and Barrett between Murphy and Condit road closed from noon until 11:30pm
