Food Vendor Applications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • FOOD VENDORS MUST SUBMIT APPLICABLE ATTACHMENTS WITH DEPOSIT

  • 2026 SANTA CLARA COUNTY MFF OR TFF PERMIT

  • A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERMIT https://cpd.sccgov.org/food-safety-handouts

  • Tents/booths are responsible for paying County of Santa Clara Permit Fee(s)

  • MFF’s please submit your 2026 SCC MFF permit or current initial/renewal inspection report by May 31st

HEALTH & FIRE INSPECTION:

  • FIRE MARSHALL AND HEALTH INSPECTOR WILL INSPECT VENDORS BEFORE THE EVENT TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL HEALTH AND FIRE CODES. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID FIRE EXTINGUISHER ON SITE.

DEPOSIT DUE:

This event is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Completed application and applicable paperwork must be submitted with deposit NO LATER THAN 05/9/26. Options:

  • 1 EVENT: $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • 2 EVENTS: $250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • 3 EVENTS: $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT THE END OF YOUR LAST EVENT:

  • Family Music Fest, Parade and Fireworks - $1,650

  • Family Music Fest and Fireworks - $1,400

  • Fireworks Only $850

  • Family Music Fest Only $700

  • Parade Only $300

*If full payment is not received, you will not be invited back. Thank you.

NOTES:

  • Please clean the area around the truck/booth before leaving.

  • DO NOT start or move vehicle until that event is over and you have received the okay to leave.

  • Drive slowly and with hazard lights on until outside of the event space.

    8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

    LOAD-IN TIME:
    7:30 AM - 8:00 AM (Booths/Tents)
    Before 5:00 AM (Trucks)

    LOAD-OUT TIME:
    1:30 PM - 2:00 PM

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Trucks should park in designated spot the night before, if possible.

After completing the online application, you will be able to pay for your event deposit:

  • 1 EVENT: $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • 2 EVENTS: $250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

  • 3 EVENTS: $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
